SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MAIN CONTRACTOR - IRELAND
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of Ireland&# *;s top **Apply
on the website** leading Construction Contractors, and they provide
construction solutions to the commercial, pharmaceutical, energy,
healthcare and industrial sectors.
They are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors for projects in Carlow,
Ballina & Athlone
Preparation of standard documentation – reports, valuations,
letters, financial reports
Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement choice
Analysis of tenders and preparing tender reports at all stages of
procurement
Prepare valuations and Cost Reports; re-measure as necessary and
adjust variations
Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense
claims
Prepare and agree final accounts
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years&# *; proven experience of working with
a large main contractor in a QS role
BSc essential in a construction related discipline
Excellent IT skills
Firm understanding of contracts methods
Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and
resourceful with excellent client relationship skills
PACKAGE
Salary € *k - € *k
Negotiable depending on experience
